01The day job

For more than two decades, Bryan has been the person companies bring in when growth needs to stop being a slide in a deck and start being a plan with a number attached.

He has built go-to-market organizations from the ground up, scaled businesses through periods of hypergrowth, and driven revenue through capital raises, acquisitions, and market expansion. The goal has never changed: growth that compounds into durable enterprise value, not a sugar high that lasts a quarter.

Today, Bryan is Chief Revenue Officer of Northlight Solutions Group, where he works with enterprise leaders to turn AI, modern technology, and new operating models into measurable business outcomes. Before that, he led strategic growth at A5, acquired by Accordion in 2026, and held senior leadership roles at Capgemini Invent, Luxoft, and LiquidHub, where he built the financial services business and later played a role, from the Capgemini side, in Capgemini's acquisition of the firm.

He started out in equity derivatives trading at BNP Paribas CIB, which is a fast way to learn that risk always gets priced, whether you price it or not. At Vanguard, the world's second-largest asset manager, he worked in corporate strategy alongside the executive team, executing the firm's strategic plan through enterprise technology transformation and assessing new markets. It taught him how enduring firms make decisions measured in decades rather than quarters, and it's the lens he brings to every growth plan, capital raise, and acquisition.

In 2011 he founded Musto Ventures, an early-stage investment firm he still leads as Managing Partner, and he serves as a board advisor to Minted, an AI-powered marketplace for institutional digital asset private credit.

These days his writing tackles one of the biggest shifts in business: what happens to the economics of knowledge work when AI separates the value created from the hours worked. Start with Beyond the Billable Hour and Pricing the Work. His latest, The Bill Comes Later, turns to the capital markets and asks who earns a return financing the AI buildout.

Technology creates possibility. Execution creates value.

MBA, the Wharton School. Bachelor's degree, Temple University's Fox School of Business. Lives in New York.

Off the clock

The discipline doesn't clock out.

The habits behind durable companies (consistency, preparation, and thinking in decades rather than quarters) are the same ones that shape life outside the office. For Bryan, that means training, eating well, being present for his kids, and a healthy obsession with fights and Philly sports.

Five things that keep him sharp, grounded, and occasionally yelling at a television.

Fitness

The meeting that never moves

Every calendar has one recurring meeting nobody can reschedule. His is the workout. Hotel gyms at dawn, a run through a new city before the first meeting, a creative circuit when the schedule gets tight. Busy is a reason to be efficient, never an excuse to skip.

Food

Ingredients he can pronounce

All-natural, whole foods, full stop. If it has a cartoon mascot or an ingredient list longer than a term sheet, it doesn't make the cut. The philosophy is simple: fuel, not filler, whether he's at home or ordering in an airport.

Family

The toughest board he reports to

Dad to a 15-year-old daughter, who keeps him humble and current, and a newborn son, who has redefined what an early start means. Neither accepts a quarterly update. Both expect daily delivery, and they're the best reason he knows to build things that last.

MMA

Respect for the fight

A lifelong MMA fan. Few things are as honest as a sport where preparation, discipline, and composure under pressure play out in real time with nowhere to hide. It's also the best analogy he knows for a tough negotiation, minus the cauliflower ear.

Philly sports

Loyalty isn't tied to the standings

A Philly sports loyalist through every championship parade and every season that ended in heartbreak. It's excellent training for a career in growth: stay optimistic, stay loud, and never leave before the final whistle.
